Each cell is independently checked and manually paired with the other cells of the flashlight. It is important for you to know that LiPo batteries must not be discharged below the limit of 3V per cell and at the same time not overcharged above 4.2V per cell. You should have an unused LiPo battery charged to approximately 70% to avoid unnecessary risk of battery damage.
