Aluminium nozzle with Teflon coating

The double sealed nozzle is made of aluminium on CNC machines. It has two internal O-rings to provide excellent nozzle tightness and guidance.

The H+PTFE finish features a unique combination of high hardness and low friction. These properties make the protection provided to the parts excellent, helping to achieve maximum performance and keeping the gun in tip-top shape.

These properties are achieved by anodizing the aluminum part, creating an oxide layer (also known as Hard Elox) on its surface with a hardness of up to 600 HV.
This layer is then sealed with an additional Teflon coating. This is the key difference between H+PTFE and the coloured anodised surfaces preferred by other manufacturers.
