The weight of the moving parts is extremely important. Theoretically, the lower the weight of the piston head, the higher the forward speed and therefore the more power. In addition, the impact on the mechabox is not as severe and thus increases its lifetime. The offered head stands out for its very low weight of only 10 grams. Due to the material it is suitable for springs up to M150.
When the gun is fired, the air is compressed by the piston in the cylinder. This air is forced into six air channels in the front of the piston head. The channels exit under an O-ring, which is expanded by the pressure and thus provides a better seal than a conventional plastic head
When firing (specifically when compressed), the spring of the gun tends to rotate around its axis.Once easily assembled, the bearing of this head is located inside the piston, the spring rests on it and makes rotation around the axis easier. The compressed spring therefore puts less resistance, but at the same time retains its basic characteristic - quick release when fired. Bearing, special washer and screw are included.
The second o-ring is certainly worth noting. This does not have a sealing function, but centers the head in the cylinder. It guides the piston with the head precisely through the cylinder. No more scratching the cylinder wall.
