E&L Airsoft is a new quality on the airsoft market. The manufacturer has set himself the task of creating replicas with the highest possible quality of materials and perfect fitting, resembling the real steels as close as possible and went in this direction as far as he could - by starting production at the same factory, which produced a firearm!

Therefore E&L's products are made with use of steel, hand finished wood components and high-quality composite and definitely can compete with the best brands on the market - also in price. The quality and performance allow it to be both a beautiful wall decoration as well as very effective skirmish gun. Also, some parts of the exterior are the same as in the original weapon and come off the same production line!

Externally, the maximum possible number of elements was made as a 1:1 copy of the original, fully according to military specifications. This means you can exchange elements between the replica and the real steel! This applies to items such as the front bed, gas pipe, iron sights and cleaning rod. Hardly any other manufacturer offers that.

Wooden elements have been hand-crafted, ensuring their high quality and uniqueness at the same time. In this model, the buttstock and foregrip were made of wood. Another element making the gun unique is an individual serial number placed onto the receiver. Steel components have been oxidized, which makes them look even more realistic. Also, the attrition process which takes place over time makes oxidized surfaces look much better than it happens by painted or varnished guns.

Also in terms of weight  all was made to ensure realism. The replica is heavy, and a full steel outer barrel ensures proper balance. A notable feature is certainly the possibility of a partial field-stripping of the replica, like it takes place with the a real steel - with no tools required. Everything is based on pins and levers. The manufacturer paid attention to even of the smallest of details to make their product as close a resemblence to the real steel as possible.

Straight from the box, the replica is secured in a protective plastic packaging. Both the inside of the pack and the rifle are covered with dense technical oil, which protects the product against moisture and other possible contaminants. A mix of oil, steel and lacquered wood produces a unique smell that is familiar to anyone handling real steel firearms.

The product looks just as great on the inside. E&L engineers have chosen the best solutions among those already available on the market and added some of their own. A reinforced ver.3 gearbox is driven by a High Torque motor with neodymium magnets. An interesting idea is the structure of the bearing - the first two gears are mounted on ball bearings while the piston gear uses plain bearings. On the one hand, it allows you to work with less resistance from gears that make the most cycles, on the other hand reduces the risk of failure on the piston gear which is subjected to the greatest tension.

On most of its length, the piston is devoid of the upper rail, which minimally affect the stability of its operation, but decreases friction greatly. These two solutions guarantee a smooth work of the gun, greater ROF and lower energy consumption. The replica's battery is located under the lid of the receiver. The cover is mounted on a latch, which allows its rapid removal and replacement of the power source at any time.

 The pneumatic system comprises of a silent piston and cylinder head, which allows better amortization and thus - a greater durability. The spring guide is ewuipped with bearings while the piston gear is equipped with a larger delayer. This gives the BB more time roll into the chamber, which is especially important in configurations to ensure a high rate of fire.

High accuracy and focus of shots is assured by a pre-installed 6.04 mm tightbore. 

By default, the replica is equipped with a M130 spring, which allows for an initial muzzle velocity of ~420 FPS. To assess the actual durability of the gearbox, the manufacturer has conducted stress tests using M150 and M170. The gun has proved to work well in both configurations. In the M150 test the gun has fired 20.000 rounds resulting in only minimal signs of wear on the internal parts. This shows that when supplied with a M130 spring, the possibility of the gun needing repairs is minimal.

Attention to the smallest detail is also expressed in the individually printed and hand-filled quality certificate. Attached to each replica, it includes the gun's serial number, name, and quality check stamps: quality of the exterior, functionality and content of the package. There you will also find a table showing the results of five consecutive shots measured on the chronograph, expressed in both meters per second as well as in joules.

The replica comes with a hi-cap magazine made of plastic, with a capacity of 400 BBs. It should be noted that instead of the traditional winding system, the magazine's lower pad can be opened to give access to a line which should be pulled a few time in order to wind up the magazine. This solution greatly improves the gun's appearance - after all, an unrealistic view of the winding gear in the magazine is what allows to instantly distinguish a replica from a real steel.
