Ingredients:Red beans 26%, water, whole grain rice 22%, ground beef 19%, paprika 4%, vegetable Sunflower oil, tomato concentrate, salt, wheat flour, pepper, garlic, onion, thickener E415.

Store in a dry place at a temperature between 3 °C and 30 °C and protect from direct sunlight. Use within 24 hours after opening.

Instructions for use. Cooking time is approximately 10 minutes. The cooking time depends on external factors such as the temperature of the water you put into the self-heating bag, the outside temperature and the storage temperature of the Outmeals food itself.
