Ingredients:Pasta 38%, (water, wheat semolina, egg albumin), water, red and green peppers 13%, tomatoes and tomato concentratet, sunflower vegetable oil, stewed onion (onion, olive oil), carrot, garlic, salt, sugar, spices, milk powder, modified starch, onion.

Storage: Store in a dry place at a temperature between 3 °C and 30 °C and protect from direct sunlight. Use within 24 hours after opening.

Instructions for use. Cooking time is approximately 10 minutes. The cooking time depends on external factors such as the temperature of the water you put into the self-heating bag, the outside temperature and the storage temperature of the Outmeals food itself.
