Instructions for use:

Open the warmer through the indicated arrows on the top of the warmer and insert the bag of food into the warmer. Add water to the warmer, up to the measuring cup shown at the bottom of the warmer (50ml). Fold the empty part of the warmer over the full part of the warmer where the food pouch is located and seal with the tape found on the warmer. Place the warmer on a flat surface so that the warming bag that is in the warmer is on the bottom of the warmer. After 10-12 minutes the food is ready, carefully remove it - WARNING - the contents are hot.

The activated warmer produces heat and steam. Do not use with an open flame. Do not attempt to reclose the warmer while the warmer is activated. Use only in ventilated areas - not in aircraft. The heater and its products are not intended for human consumption. Activate before disposal then dispose of as other waste. If the heater is not activated, dispose of the product as hazardous waste according to applicable local regulations.
