Airsoft Service

In our airsoft service, we have been upgrading and repairing guns for over 10 years. Hundreds of different guns have passed through our hands.

It doesn’t matter where you bought your gun or whether you purchased it from us.

How does it work?

Send your gun by post to CATUS Slovakia, Zvolenská cesta 46, 97405, Banská Bystrica, or deliver it personally to us, or to our shop in Bratislava: OC Tehelko, next to the National Football Stadium, Bajkalská 21J, 831 04 Bratislava.
After sending the gun, please contact us via email or message (don’t forget to include your name, phone number, gun model, and describe what you want us to repair or upgrade – e.g. “low FPS” or “electronic trigger not working”).
Once the repair is done, we will send the gun back to your address or you can collect it in person.

All service and upgrade work comes with a 3-month warranty.

Estimated price list for AEG service and upgrade work:

Basic maintenance, recommended at least once per season, includes a complete check-up, cleaning and lubrication of the gun, hop-up and gearbox.

Labour cost: 25 €

AEG Upgrade:

Upgrades can be basic, intermediate, or full.

Basic upgrade: Hop-up replacement, possible hop-up rubber tuning for proper functionality, hop-up pressure adjustment, FPS measurement and range adjustment.
Labour cost approx. 18 €

Intermediate upgrade: Everything included in the basic upgrade

• gearbox disassembly, cleaning, lubrication and proper shimming
• replacement of the air system – nozzle, cylinder head and piston head, or cylinder

Labour cost approx. 40 €

Full Upgrade

Everything included in the basic and intermediate upgrade, plus according to the customer’s request, for example:

Power-focused upgrade:

• Replacement of gearbox with CNC aluminium version, proper assembly
• Replacement of motor with high-torque version
• Replacement of CNC reinforced gears
• Replacement of piston, piston head, cylinder
• Installation of programmable mosfet or control unit

Speed-focused upgrade:

• Option to install so-called DSG setup
• Replacement of motor with high-speed version
• Replacement of gears optimized for high rate of fire
• Installation of programmable control units with functions such as binary trigger, burst, pre-cocking, etc.

Full upgrades are highly individual – depending on what performance the customer wants to achieve and their budget.
We recommend using components from Gate or Jefftron with processor units in BASIC / ADVANCE / TITAN or ASTER / WARFET / MERF / ETU / HO sets.

The price depends on the complexity of the upgrade – for example, installation of control units, mosfets, rewiring, etc. is charged at 18 €/hour.
