Skladá sa zo slúchadiel, mikrofónu a systému pásikov, ktorými sa fixuje na hlavu. Slúchadlo veľmi dobre prilieha k uchu a umožňuje kvalitné, prirodzené počúvanie rádiostanice bez nutnosti nastavenia vysokej hlasitosti, a to aj pri zvýšenom okolitom hluku. Mikrofón je veľmi citlivý a spoľahlivo prenáša aj šepot. Bez problémov si tak vymeníte so spojencami potrebné informácie. Pre pripojenie k rádiostanici je nutné vlastniť PTT tlačidlo.
