The cylinder head was designed by manufacturer Point with a double rubber seal to minimize the loss of compression from the cylinder. The special 'trumpet design' ensures optimum air supply to the barrel / BB. In addition, the cylinder heads have thick rubber built in to cushion the piston head impacts. Rubber also on the upper U bore.
