The FPS cylinder is made of high density stainless steel to resist the constant friction caused by the metal alloy piston head and to ensure maximum mechanical and chemical resistance. A special design of cooling grooves is added on the outside of the cylinder to effectively dissipate heat caused by friction between the piston head and the cylinder. All FPS cylinders are CNC manufactured for maximum dimensional accuracy. In addition, the inside of the cylinder is polished to achieve low friction between the piston head o-ring and the cylinder to create an excellent air-sealing effect and to guarantee the best performance for a long time.
