Reinforced piston for your sniper rifle. For maximum performance and durability. The hybrid piston consists of three different materials: maximum lightweight lightweight aluminum body, polyacetal (POM) ring for good sliding in the cylinder, stainless steel piston retainer. Compared to the previous version, the piston has been completely redesigned. The stop rubber has been changed and enlarged for better durability. The front bores exit under the sealing ring and expand it. This results in a greater seal. The impact of the piston when firing is thus spread over a larger area and puts less stress on the piston and cylinder head. The groove under the sealing o-ring is shallower with a modified shape and thus reduces the risk of head deformation due to impacts. Another focus in this generation has been on piston performance. The stainless steel retainer is shorter, better seated in the piston body and the piston is more lightweight. This has succeeded in reducing the weight by 25% compared to the previous generation. And less weight means more power .

Thepiston bodyis made by machining on precision CNC machines from lightweight but very durable 6061-T6 (Dural) aluminium alloy with a high quality anodized finish.
Thepiston retainer is made of stainless steel cast.
The piston head is anti-pressure with a sealing O-ring (the O-ring stretches when fired and seals better).
The increased piston inner diameter allows (and is recommended) to insert even thicker 9mm upgrade springs.
