The ASTER V2 SE increases the price/performance ratio and adds new features programmable via the trigger.

Now you can adjust sensitivity right out of the box from a simple "touch" to "extra fine" to full trigger travel. Enhanced trigger programming brings new settings such as automatic preload (LOW, MID, HIGH), trigger sensitivity adjustment, active brake setting with top adaptive mode, and a new SAFE - SEMI - BINARY selection mode. Calibration, DTC codes - all of this is available only through trigger and firing switch movement. Plus you get AC motor support and a new interference-resistant trigger detection algorithm. The ASTER smart fuse protects the AEG battery, motor and controller, even in the event of a battery overcharge. This feature, together with the optical sensors, makes the ASTER SE one of the most robust ETUs on the market.

ASTER is not just an ordinary mosfet ETU/EFCS. It is a comprehensive system that will make your AEG the advanced training weapon of the future. You choose how to configure the ASTER - simply by trigger or via USB-Link/Blu-Link and the GCS app. You can ask your technician or borrow a USB-Link or Blu-Link from a friend and use the GCS app to update the ASTER firmware, perform diagnostics or change settings very conveniently. If you like, you can get your own Blu-Link and use the Smartwatch app to give you real-time weapon data and empower your tactical decisions.

ASTER is available in 3 firmware versions: BASIC, ADVANCED and EXPERT. The BASIC version is set up on all units sold. The table below shows a comparison of the different versions:
