Most lubricants that are designed for airsoft guns are designed to lubricate gears, so the lubricant is very thick. This actually slows down the movement of internal components, making your system run slow, which can lead to malfunctions. Such lubricant is not intended for use in HPA and can be thick in cold weather, gummy in hot weather, and pasty in dry conditions. All this robs you of performance.
