The new, fifth generation of the trigger mechanism once again brings a number of changes and improvements. The modern shape with bevelled edges is visible at a glance. The entire shape has been completely redesigned. Only two components are identical to the previous generation. The shape modifications have made it possible to use it in M40 rifles such as the CM.700. The top edge follows the round shape of the bolt carrier to better fit. A steel and hardened mandrel brace is now part of the entire mechanism. Based on the customer's request, the lock can be reused. The latter is now included in the package and you can decide whether to simply screw it on or not. Each piece also carries its own serial number.
A significant new feature is the adjustable trigger for the ideal position in the bow. The trigger can be moved in the groove of the base and is secured by a small inbus screw. The latter is also accessible after the gun is assembled. Smooth adjustment is possible forwards and backwards in 7 mm length. Each user can thus set his ideal trigger position.

• The trigger mechanism and piston body are made by precision CNC machining from lightweight but durable 6061-T6 aluminum alloy.
• The aluminum parts have a high quality anodized finish with a matte finish.
• The piston holder, lever and rod strut are made of steel and hardened to a hardness of HRC 28-32.
• The trigger top is equipped with a ball bearing for smoother trigger operation.
• The trigger now consists of two parts. The trigger position can be adjusted horizontally to suit your needs.
• The internal parts are made of stainless steel.
• A pair of double-rotating springs reliably returns the trigger to the starting position.
• The trigger mechanism consists of 28 parts.
• A safety is now also included.
• Tested on springs up to M170.
