Multifunctional closing knife from Mil-Tec is made of high quality 440A stainless steel - HRC 50-53. The knife is equipped with saw teeth that will saw through most thinner more durable materials such as twigs, soft plastic, rope, webbing, etc. The knife is secured with a liner lock. The handle is made of aluminium with the "Fire Chief" symbol and includes a tip for breaking glass and a blade for cutting through seat belts. It can be attached to a backpack, trousers using a metal clip. The knife is made of stainless steel, but after use it should be wiped clean of water and dirt and lightly rubbed with oil. When the knife is not used for a long time, it should be wiped with e.g. gun oil, which will significantly extend its service life.
