Original HPA RebelSystem
The Fusion Engine™ system was introduced in 2011 and was the first new HPA system to hit the airsoft market in over twenty years. It is the system that started the HPA revolution and set the standard by which all other systems are measured. Although many others have followed it, most people consider the Fusion Engine™ system to be the best. This system won the "Best HPA Engine" award the first year Popular Airsoft added the HPA class to its Players' Choice Awards. It's a complete drop-in system that replaces the entire AEG transmission with a complete CNC machined lightweight aluminum chassis. It's the most adjustable system we make, with the widest range of speed and rate of fire adjustments. Since it is a double solenoid system with a closed bolt, so you can independently adjust the poppet valve (ejected air) and the nozzle (feed) for full control over reload time and the amount of air used.
Compatible with gel blaster
Fusion Engine HPA conversion kits can also be configured for use in gel blaster applications.
Velocity: 550fps with 0.20g at 120psi pressure.
As with other HPA systems, the speed of the Fusion Engine™ system can be fine-tuned by adjusting the inlet pressure. However, there are also 6 nozzles, each with a different level of restriction, allowing you to move the velocity adjustment range up or down in large increments. This gives the Fusion Engine™ the widest speed adjustment range of any of our systems.
ROF: 30rps+
The maximum cycle speed of the Fusion Engine™ is affected by several factors, such as operating pressure and the quality of the cartridge and balls used. However, in most standard configurations, a rate of 30 shots per second can be achieved.
Air efficiency: over 400 shots of 13/3000 @ 1.5 J with 0.28 g
This system was primarily designed for maximum performance, so air efficiency was not a critical part of its development. However, due to the modular design of its poppet valve, the system can be fine-tuned with more restrictivech valve stems and shims, allowing more than twice the air efficiency to be achieved when operating at traditional field speeds.
Weight: 330g
