Ingredients:Rice 27%, water, vegetarian meat substitute 10% (water, soy protein, egg white, vegetable sunflower oil, natural flavours, salt, onion, dextrose, rice fibre, garlic), onion, corn 7.4%, red paprika 5%, carrots, tomatoes, rapeseed vegetable oil, tomato puree, protein blend (pea protein, rice protein, addednatural colour), salt, sugar, garlic, spices, herbs, flavouring, paprika extract, yeast extract, dextrose, thickener guar gum. The product may contain milk, gluten, celery and mustard.
Storage: Store in a dry place at a temperature between 3 °C and 30 °C and protect from direct sunlight. Use within 24 hours after opening.
Instructions for use. Cooking time is approximately 10 minutes. Cooking time depends on external factors such as the temperature of the water you put in the self-heating bag, the outside temperature and the storage temperature of the Outmeals food itself.
