A well-made classic never gets old. An honest stew made from free-rangebeef. The sauce is exactly according to the golden ratio of 2 onions, one piece of meat and topped with bone broth. It is thickened with gluten-free flour and seasoned with red dried paprika. The side dish is boiled potato quarters.
