Ingredients: Water, wheat crisps (gluten) 12%, lactose-free cream (milk), apple puree 4,4%, sugar, vegetable rapeseed oil, salt, flavourings, mango flavouring, emulsifier E472e, modified corn starch, thickener guar and xanthan gum. The product may contain celery, soya, egg and mustard.

Storage: Store in a dry place at a temperature between 3 °C and 30 °C and protect from direct sunlight. Use within 24 hours after opening.

Instructions for use. Cooking time is approximately 10 minutes. Cooking time depends on external factors such as the temperature of the water you put in the self-heating bag, the outside temperature and the storage temperature of the Outmeals food itself.
